Stephen McDonald SC is a barrister at Hanson Chambers who practices mainly in public law and appeals. He has appeared in several significant cases in the High Court in the areas of constitutional law, administrative law and criminal law. He was appointed Senior Counsel in 2020. Stephen is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Adelaide Law School and a co-author of Government Accountability: Australian Administrative Law.
