Sean Brennan works in the areas of constitutional law and Aboriginal legal issues. He co-edited Native Title From Mabo to Akiba: A Vehicle for Change and Empowerment? (Federation Press, 2015) and is a co-author of Blackshield and Williams Australian Constitutional Law and Theory (Federation Press, 7th ed, 2018). He was Director of the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law from 2014 until March 2019 and remains Director of its Indigenous Legal Issues Project. Visit Sean's homepage.
