Dr Sarah Moulds is a senior lecturer in law at UniSA: Justice + Society and co-founder of the Rights Resource Network SA. Sarah’s current research focuses on the role parliamentary committees play in rights protection in Australia some of which will be contained in forthcoming book entitled Committees of Influence: Parliamentary Rights Scrutiny and Counter-Terrorism Lawmaking in Australia (Springer). Sarah has teaching and research interests in the area of public law, human rights, administrative law and anti-discrimination law and has previously worked at the South Australian Law Reform Institute, Law Council of Australia and as an advisor to South Australian Senator Penny Wright.
