Samuel Walpole is presently a Legal Officer at the Australian Law Reform Commission and a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Queensland. Previously, he served as an associate at the Federal Court of Australia and Supreme Court of Queensland and studied as an Oxford-Hackney Scholar at Wadham College, Oxford. His work has been published in several international and domestic journals, including the Law Quarterly Review, Lloyd’s Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly, and Australian Journal of Corporate Law.
