Kieran Pender is an Australian writer, lawyer and academic. He is an honorary lecturer at the ANU College of Law. Kieran's work has appeared in Australia's leading law journals, including the Public Law Review, Sydney Law Review, Federal Law Review and Melbourne University Law Review. He won the Australian Association of Constitutional Law's 2019 Saunders Prize for his work on the implied freedom of political communication. Kieran is also a writer, with The Guardian, The Saturday Paper and The Monthly.
