Josh Gibson is a PhD Candidate at UNSW Faculty of Law & Justice, and Senior Legal Officer at the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department. Josh’s doctoral research focuses on the role and functions of amici curiae in the High Court of Australia. Josh has taught across several universities and is an admitted legal practitioner in NSW.
