Jessica Kerr is a PhD candidate and lecturer at the University of Western Australia Law School.  She holds an LLM from Yale University and is a former clerk to the Supreme Court of New Zealand.  She has a practice background in government litigation, judicial regulation and law reform, most recently serving as a magistrate in the Seychelles.
