Dr Grant Hooper researches and teaches public law at the University of Sydney Law School. Before moving into academia Grant had two decades of experience as a solicitor and was the co-managing partner of DLA Piper Sydney Australian Government team when he left to undertake his PhD thesis in administrative law. Grant's thesis was Parliament v The High Court? Natural justice, codification and the Australian Migration Act.
