Dr Fiona McGaughey (She/Her) is an Associate Professor of international human rights law at the UWA Law School and a Fellow of the UWA Public Policy Institute.  She has published widely on human rights topics including modern slavery, UN human rights bodies, Indigenous rights, teaching human rights, and NGOs in international human rights law.  She co-convenes UWA’s interdisciplinary Modern Slavery Research Cluster.
