Dr Ellen Rock is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology Sydney where she teaches Administrative Law and Tort Law. Her research focusses on the various legal and non-legal mechanisms that can be used to hold the government accountable for its conduct and performance. Ellen has published widely on topics relevant to government liability, and is the author of Measuring Accountability in Public Governance Regimes (CUP, 2022) and co-author of Government Liability: Principles and Remedies (LexisNexis, 2019) (with Janina Boughey and Greg Weeks).
