Benedict Coxon is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Western Australia Law School. He previously taught Constitutional Law and Administrative Law as a Fellow of Hertford College, Oxford, and has held visiting appointments at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London and the Centre for Comparative and Public Law, University of Hong Kong. His research centres on issues of statutory interpretation and traverses multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.
