Peter Burdon is a Senior Lecturer at the Adelaide Law School and deputy chair of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature, Ethics Specialist Group. Peter teaches and researches on environmental law, social movements, democracy and legal theory. His most recent book is Earth Jurisprudence: Private Property and the Environment (Routledge, 2014) and he is currently writing a book on Hannah Arendt and the law.
