Anna Rienstra is an intern at the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law at the University of New South Wales. She has written on the constitutional process for creating new states from existing Australian states with Professor George Williams in the Sydney Law Review. She was the editor of Issue 38(2) of the University of New South Wales Law Journal, which included a thematic component on detention in Australia.
