Amanda Sapienza
Amanda Sapienza is a doctoral candidate at the University of Sydney. Her thesis examines the extent to which judicial review principles are capable of, and suitable for, application in a non-statutory context in Australia. Amanda has practised as a lawyer in both the public and private sectors and has lectured in constitutional law and administrative law.
