Dr Darren O’Donovan is a Senior Lecturer in Administrative Law at La Trobe Law School. He has written extensively on rights, oversight, and public administration, including the book Law and Public Administration in Ireland (co authored with Dr Fiona Donson). His current research focuses upon the role of tribunals and first instance decision-makers in ensuring the successful implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
