Anna Olijnyk

Dr Anna Olijnyk is a lecturer at Adelaide Law School, University of Adelaide. She researches in the fields of constitutional and administrative law and civil procedure, with a focus on the role of courts in relation to the other arms of government. She is the co-author of Government Accountability: Australian Administrative Law (Cambridge University Press, 2015). Her PhD thesis, for which she was awarded Dean’s Commendation and the Bonython Prize (shared), was on the topic of ‘Justice and Efficiency in Mega-Litigation’.
