Professor Andrew Lynch teaches and researches in the field of Australian constitutional law at the University of New South Wales. His research concentrates on the topics of judicial appointments and decision-making, federalism, and legal responses to terrorism. He is a Co-Director of The Judiciary Project in the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law at UNSW.
